Following the tragic passing of former WWE Superstar Ashley Massaro, a GoFundMe was started by the Squared Circle Sisters to help start a college fund for Ashley’s daughter, Alexa.
In addition to the GoFundMe, Mick Foley, who was offering to watch wrestling with anybody who donated $5,000 or more to the fund, sold his classic Cactus Jack t-shirt on Pro Wrestling Tees in efforts to raise money for the college fund.
Mick Foley, through his Twitter account, has announced that over $80,000 have been raised for Alexa Massaro’s college fund:
I am so pleased to report that our sale raised $31,000 – far more than I was expecting. This brings our total for the #SquaredCircleSisters fund past $83,000 – what a wonderful way of honoring Ashley Massaro’s memory by creating something so special for her daughter Lexi. pic.twitter.com/oD0lDzTWmC
