At Sunday night’s Impact Rebellion pay-per-view event, there was a new World Champion as well as new World Tag-Team Champions crowned.
LAX defeated the Lucha Bros. in a sick Full Metal Mayhem match to win the titles. This marks their fourth reign with the titles.
Also, Brian Cage defeated Johnny Impact to end his 196 day title reign. As many of you saw, Michael Elgin ran in at the end of the match and confronted Cage, indicating that he was coming for the championship. After Cage said he’d face Elgin any time, Elgin attacked him and hit a spinning powerbomb.
