We reported yesterday here on eWn that Impact Wrestling is said to be in talks with AXS TV for a new TV deal. According to sources, Impact Wrestling was trying to ink a deal with AXS TV about a year ago but it never came to fruition. This was around the time the WOW (Women of Wrestling) promotion was announced for the network.
According to Dave Meltzer, one of his sources expressed surprise around the time WOW was announced for AXS TV because Impact Wrestling was trying to get that TV slot. Of course, AXS TV ended up announcing a broadcast deal with WOW instead.
As for Impact Wrestling, the AXS TV deal is not signed or a done deal as of yet.
