As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin of the Motor City Machine Guns are expected to join WWE after their contracts with TNA Wrestling expired in March.
After losing to Alpha Zo at Saturday’s West Coast Pro Wrestling/Deadlock Pro/Prestige combo event in San Francisco, Shelley shared an update on his future in the business.
He said, “Spoiler alert: I might not come back here. And if I don’t, I know the future of pro wrestling is safe and sound inside a West Coast Pro ring. I have talked to long and the last thing I want to say is thank you so much for the last two and a half years.”
It is to be noted that Shelley teased the possibility of having his final match with Beyond Wrestling earlier this month.
