Tom Pestock (Baron Corbin) To Make GCW Debut, Sumie Sakai Thanks Tony Khan, More

Former WWE Superstar Tom Pestock (Baron Corbin) will make his GCW debut this weekend at ‘The People vs. GCW’ event, which takes place from the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.

On Monday, GameChanger Wrestling announced that Pestock will face off against Josh Barnett in a Bloodsport match at the show.

Sumie Sakai faced off against Yuka Sakazaki as part of her retirement match at NJPW ‘Battle in the Valley’, and she took to Twitter to thank AEW President Tony Khan for allowing Sakazaki to appear. She wrote,

“Hello @TonyKhan !

I appreciate you that I could wrestle Yuka

@YukaSakazaki is my favorite wrestler.She is so Amazing!

AEW is so lucky to have her

I never watch AEW on TV. But if she will be on TV , I and MORE people will watch AEW on TV for 1000000%sure

The National Wrestling Alliance’s next TV taping takes place on February 2nd. The event will take place from WEDU PBS Studios in Tampa, Florida.

And finally, NWA President Billy Corgan took to Twitter to thank fans after this weekend’s TV tapings in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. He wrote,
