— Chris Jericho wrote on Twitter that he will be back on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on April 4 to promote WrestleMania 29.

— Jack Swagger is due in court on April 9 in Biloxi, Mississippi to face charges from his arrest last month. His first court date was March 12, but it was moved at the request of his lawyers. On February 20th following a WWE SmackDown TV taping, Swagger, 30, of Boca Raton, Fla., was pulled over at 11:59 p.m. on Lorraine Road near Morningside Drive, and arrested on charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and speeding. An officer stopped him after noticing a 2013 Ford Taurus was speeding, police said. The spokesperson noted that “He was released on a summons to an acquaintance who picked him up at the police station.” The DUI was NOT for alcohol. Per WWE’s Wellness Policy, just being arrested is enough for WWE to release him if they so desired. The policy lists as follows: “Any WWE Talent, who is arrested, convicted or who admits to a violation of law relating to use, possession, purchase, sale or distribution of drugs will be in material breach of his/her contract with WWE and subject to immediate dismissal.” In addition, the violation acts identically per the Wellness policy as a positive test for drugs which includes a potential fine, suspension or more. This would be Swagger’s first Wellness violation.
