Former WWE World Champion Jack Swagger discussed his time in WWE on Booker T’s Hall of Fame radio show. During the interview, he talked about a possible WWE return. Here is what he had to say:
“It’s cool about this WWE thing right now, because it’s never off the table. And pro wrestling has grown so popular right now, it’s just awesome. It’s like, there’s no more hiding in the closet and watching it, or reading the magazines. It’s cool to be a pro wrestler and that makes it so much better for us as pro wrestlers who go out there and put our bodies on the line, and give the fans entertainment that they deserve.”
He beat J.W. Kiser by first-round arm triangle choke in his pro-MMA debut on the main card of Bellator 214 back in January at The Forum in Inglewood, California. In his latest fight, Hager defeated TJ Jones via submission in the first round at Bellator 221 on May 11th at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.
