During a recent interview with ESPN’s Ariel Helwani, Jake Hager might have spoiled some upcoming plans for All Elite Wrestling.
When asked if he would be appearing at AEW’s Double or Nothing event, Hager had this to say:
“We’ve spoken. I think that will progress in the future. As of now, I can’t tell you (if there’s an offer on the table). I don’t want to step in Jon Moxley’s shadow. That’s going to be a great debut for him, hopefully. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that’s where we see him at.”
After hinting at Jon Moxley’s appearance he tried to backtrack but the tease was very obvious. Hager has yet to sign with AEW and Moxley is not scheduled to appear at this time.
