As noted yesterday here on eWrestlingNews.com, iMPACT! Wrestling ended their relationship with Jeff Jarrett and his Global Force Wrestling (GFW) promotion. Their statement said, “iMPACT! Wrestling has terminated its business relationship with Jeff Jarrett and Global Force Entertainment Inc., effective immediately.” Jarrett quickly responded, saying “Anthem is out of money”. Anthem denied those claims.
In this interview from The Tennessean, Jarrett declined to comment on his termination but did say he wasn’t leaving the pro wrestling business. Jarrett said,
“I’ve spent 31 years in the wrestling business. I’m not getting out of the wrestling business.”
