Recently, Chris Jericho competed against the IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada at NJPW Dominion.
However, during Jericho’s entrance something was a bit off, his music. Previously, Chris Jericho has used “Judas” performed by his band Fozzy during his time in New Japan Pro Wrestling. But during the replay broadcast his theme was altered and a disclaimer said “Music has been altered due to music rights.”
This doesn’t make much sense as the song is by Chris Jericho himself. A twitter user took to the social media platform to ask Jericho about the music alteration. Some had speculated that it had to do with exclusiveness to All Elite Wrestling.
You can see the interaction below:
No idea? They have the rights for it. https://t.co/aZ5J1swZ1t

While it doesn’t give us a complete answer, it does shed light on the fact that NJPW has the rights to use it according to Jericho himself.
