WWE posted the following backstage video from Payback, showing The Hurt Business following Bobby Lashley’s United States Championship win. When Sarah Schreiber asked what the title win meant, MVP said it meant satisfaction for the group and noted that “step one” of their plan was done. You can check out the video below:
As many of you saw at WWE Payback, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships. Following the match, the two appeared in a backstage video and discussed their win. Baszler said,
“We made a deal. And as long as she keeps her end of the deal, we’re going to reign forever … I help her do this, she gets off my back.”
Jax replied with the following,
“Yeah, we got a deal. For sure, trust me.”
Jessamyn Duke took to Twitter on Sunday night, praising Baszler’s double submission that led to Baszler and Jax’s win:
