During a recent edition of his “Ross Report” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross discussed some future opponents for Brock Lesnar who are currently not under contract with WWE. One of the talents was ROH Superstar “Moose.” Ross said,
“Moose is an athletic freak and I think that WWE, looking down the road, you could do worse right now, a lot worse, than having a guy like Michael Elgin, and, especially Moose, at his height, as a dancing partner for Brock Lesnar someday…
Crazy as it sounds, but, hey, look, you’ve got to be looking down the road. That’s how we hired Mick Foley. We needed an opponent for The Undertaker. Sometimes, that’s how it works.”
Moose’s ROH contract reportedly expires in June while Michael Elgin is currently under contract with NJPW.
