WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross made an appearance at the “Legends of Wrestling Night” hosted by West Virginia Power on Saturday. During a meet and greet prior to the event, JR offered some advice and encouragement to a young fan who wanted to meet him. The kid is also dealing with cerebral palsy. Ross tweeted the following photo regarding their encounter:
