Jimmy Uso was arrested for DUI on Monday night. This marks the fourth time the Uso brother has been accused of DUI, after being arrested in both 2011 and 2013, whilst he was found not guilty of a third offence in 2019.
As first reported by TMZ Sports, Jimmy Uso (real name Jonathan Fatu), was pulled over at 10:35 PM by police in Pensacola, Florida after he ran a red light whilst going 15mph over the speed limit. He was subsequently questioned by the police officers, where the officers stated that Uso admitted to drinking “multiple” beers before getting into his car.
Official Police documents show that Uso blew .202 and .205 in his BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) tests. This is significantly higher than the limit in Florida of .08.
Jail records show that Uso is still currently behind bars at the time of writing, with his bond set at $500. Uso has been booked on a series of charges related to the incident including DUI, running a red light and speeding.
Jimmy Uso is currently a key player in the most prominent storyline on SmackDown, alongside his twin brother Jey Uso, and the Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
