As seen during Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite broadcast, Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes were backstage at the event. The two wound up staying and watching the entire show with the live crowd. At one point during the show, they were interviewed and then berated by Angelico and Jack Evans, before Private Party ran in and defended them. Also, the trailer for Smith’s new “Jay and Silent Bob Reboot” movie was played in the arena before the show started.
With that being said, Joey Janela tweeted out the following video, showing his hilarious run-in with the two backstage at AEW Dynamite:

Alex Marvez did all of the backstage interviews with AEW talent following the show. He tried to get answers from Sammy Guevara following his match with Cody at the event but he wasn’t having any of it, as you can see below:
