WWE’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view is scheduled to take place on February 12, 2017 from the TSR Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. The pay-per-view will be exclusive to the SmackDown brand.
Despite the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view being the final PPV before WrestleMania 33, the official website of the TSR Arena and WWE are not currently advertising John Cena for the show.
For those unaware, Cena is currently filming the second season of American Grit. He is expected to be at the December 26th live event at Madison Square Garden. He will also be taking time off later in 2017, as he has a role in the film The Pact. It was reported yesterday that WWE officials were concerned with how much Cena will be available next year due to his commitments outside of the company.
