On Wednesday, the FOX network announced the details for their midseason schedule and it includes the new John Cena-fronted reality competition series American Grit. The series will run ten episodes and feature people with military backgrounds competing in random challenges.
American Grit is scheduled to premiere on April 14th and will air on Thursdays at 9 PM ET/PT. Of course, that will put the show head-to-head with WWE SmackDown on Thursdays. As you know, WWE SmackDown airs from 8PM to 10PM on the USA Network every Thursday.
American Grit will have the spring run of Bones as its lead-in.
