John Cena has said there is another 10 years of potential storylines for him if he ever turns heel in WWE.
Cena, who was the face of the company for a decade, never turned heel during the heights of his popularity, despite a vocal portion of fans calling for it for years.
Speaking to GQ, the 16-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion discussed a potential heel turn and the opportunities it would give him. He said:
“Would it have been great to be able to mess with the flaws of WWE John Cena? Oh my goodness, I think there’s another 10 years’ worth of story in there, but it’s not my choice. I don’t run the company.”
This week, Cena was cast in the upcoming Looney Tunes film ‘Coyote vs. Acme‘ and a second season of his HBO series Peacemaker has been greenlit.
