During Wednesday night’s “Beach Bash” themed episode of AEW Dynamite, the fans in Cleveland, OH began chanting for former WWE Superstar Johnny Gargano. There were loud “Johnny Wrestling” chants at various points during the show.
Gargano clearly heard the chants and took to Twitter to react. He said,
“I heard you and you have no idea how much it means to me that you’re excited to see me back at it.
It’s scary to step away because your insecurities say “they’ll forget about you”.. but you haven’t forgotten and I promise that I will make it up to you asap. #JohnnyWrestling”
Gargano left WWE back in December and is currently preparing for the arrival of his and Candice LeRae’s first child, which is due next month.
