New Japan Pro Wrestling have announced that AEW star Jon Moxley will be in action at their upcoming show in Chicago on April 16th.
Posting on their official Twitter page, NJPW would share a video of Moxley hyping his return to the company. During that video, Moxley would say the following:
“When I think of New Japan Pro Wrestling, I think of concussions, swollen red chest, I think of bruises and swelling, I think of sweat flying, I think of individuals, digging down deep into their souls to prove who is the best on that blue mat. The men who call themselves the best in New Japan Pro Wrestling, Shingo, Okada, Tanahashi – one thing has not changed. I am the Boogeyman of New Japan Pro Wrestling, and nobody can call themselves the best as long as I am lurking in the shadows. So, I will be in Chicago on April, 16th. New Japan Pro Wrestling as you always do, bring your best.”
NJPW's boogeyman is back.
And he's bringing a riot with him to Chicago April 16.

One man who clearly took exception to not being mentioned in Jon Moxley’s promo was Will Ospreay. Ospreay would re-tweet the video, commenting “Am I fu*king invisible or something?”
