NJPW hosted the first night of the G1 Climax in Dallas last weekend and although the A-Block of the tournament was held at the show, IWGP United States Champion Jon Moxley didn’t work the show.
This led to speculation as to why he didn’t work the show. It turns out that Moxley was never booked for the event. He talked about this when he sat down with the Store Horseman.
“I wasn’t booked on that to begin with,” Moxley stated. “That is nothing. I was previously engaged when this happened. So, I will start on July 13th.”
