Jon Moxley’s GCW Return Date Announced – Details

Jon Moxley’s return to both wrestling and GCW has now been officially announced.

The AEW wrestler and current GCW World Champion will make his wrestling return at GCW’s upcoming “The WRLD On GCW” pay-per-view event. Moxley will defend his championship against Homicide at the event.

Jon Moxley has held the GCW Championship since September of last year, winning the title from then-champion Matt Cardona. He has already successfully defended the title on one occasion, beating Nick Gage at GCW Fight Club. Homicide became the number one contender for Moxley’s crown by winning the Do or Die Rumble at GCW Die 4 This.

The WRLD On GCW is set to occur next weekend on January 23rd. Other matches already announced for the card include Ruby Soho vs Allie Katch and ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham defending his title against Blake Christian.
