The ROH and PROGRESS World Champion Jonathan Gresham is dealing with an injury, which has forced him out of several upcoming matches.
PROGRESS shared a video of Gresham talking about missing out on their Sunday and Monday events.
Per Fightful Select, he was checked out for a possible concussion following his match against Dalton Castle at AEW Battle of the Belts that was taped on Friday night. The concussion likely came when he took a bump on the head/shoulder from a gut wrench suplex.
Gresham was scheduled to appear at PROGRESS 132 on April 17th and PROGRESS 133 on April 18th. The promotion promised that he will return for Chapter 134 on Sunday, May 15th.
Regrettably, due to injury, Jonathan Gresham is not medically cleared to make the trip to the UK this weekend. Replacements will be named shortly for both #AtlasWeekend events. Our champion WILL be back in action at Chapter 134 on Sunday May 15th. pic.twitter.com/pxGNAIs3YP
