The PROGRESS Championship victory of Johnathan Gresham has been scrubbed from the WWE Network/Peacock.

In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reports that Gresham, also the ROH World Champion, had his match removed in full.

On the other hand, his first title defense Warren Banks was not replaced:

“Regarding Jonathan Gresham matches in Progress, the match where he won the Progress title from Cara Noir was edited off the show when it ran on the WWE Network. However, his first title defense with Warren Banks was not edited off.”

No reason has been given, but it’s believed that the decision was made due to Ring of Honor being owned by AEW President Tony Khan.
