Joseph Conners has parted ways with NXT U.K.
BodySlam.net is reporting that the longtime NXT U.K. Superstar has left WWE after a lengthy run with the company.
It is unclear, however, if he is leaving due to his WWE contract expiring, or if he requested to be released.
Following the British Wrestling Revolution event this past Friday night, the news broke when Conners left a post on social media that simply read, “No restrictions.”
Additionally, Wrestle Carnival announced this weekend that Conners will be working their Carnival Of Champions event on January 30, 2022, and will address the promotion at that time with the latest announcement of his own.
It was also announced that Conners will be in action at the Thursday Night Carnival promotion on February 17, 2022. Conners made his NXT U.K. debut in the inaugural NXT U.K. Championship tournament.
