WWE Hall Of Famer “Superfly” Jimmy Snuka will not have to stand trial for the 1983 murder case involving the death of his girlfriend, Nancy Argentino, according to the Morning Call. He was charged with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter but Judge Kelly L. Banach made the decision to drop the charges against Snuka on Tuesday after viewing his medical records.
The records showed that he had been diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer and he is not expected to live for more than six months. Thus, no reason further the case.
