Fans on social media made their views clear during this week’s episode of WWE NXT, calling for Nash Carter to be rehired.
Carter, a former WWE NXT Tag Team Champion, was released earlier this year after allegations of domestic abuse from his then-spouse Kimber Lee.
While WWE reportedly did not find the claims credible, the decision was made to release him after Lee shared images of Carter parodying Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.
During this week’s episode of WWE NXT, Carter’s former tag partner and North American Champion Wes Lee (no relation to Kimber Lee) faced off against Tony D’Angelo.

Wes Lee is in his first reign as NXT North American Champion, having won the title at NXT Halloween Havoc in October.
