Former WWE Superstar Karrion Kross will be a playable character in the upcoming WWE 2K22 video game, despite his release from the company last November.
Kross was released in November 2021, after a dominant run in NXT and underwhelming main-roster call-up.
In a clip revealing the ratings for SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos, Jey can be seen wrestling Kross, hinting that at least some of the released Superstars will be in the game.
Kross has since tweeted about the game, again teasing that he will be a playable character.
WWE 2K22 was meant to release in late 2021, but was pushed back by developers to change the roster following several waves of releases.
WWE 2K22 will now release on March 11th, with the Deluxe Edition and ‘NWO 4-Life’ Edition releasing on March 8th.
