AEW World Champion Kenny Omega took to Twitter over the weekend to comment on his performance against Bryan Danielson on AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam. True to form, he bragged that Danielson never won the match. Omega said,
“Finally watched back #AEWDynamite. My favorite part wasn’t further cementing my legacy as the greatest performer of all time. It was ensuring that Bryan left without a W and hobbled home looking like a lump of ground beef.”
Omega also responded to a tweet about the “Wrestler of the Week” award from the the AEW on TNT Twitter account. He said,
“He didn’t even win, what the heck is this?”
