WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash is no fan of the usage of a bed of nails during the most recent AEW Blood & Guts match.
The third-ever Blood & Guts match took place last month and saw Team Golden Elite defeat Team Blackpool Combat Club in the double-cage structure.
During the latest edition of his “Kliq This” podcast, Nash argued that the multiple spots with the bed of nails were entirely too unrealistic. He said,
“I’m not laying on f***ing nails. [If] I’m in the ring, or we are setting this up and we are talking about this in the back and they go, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna do this thing with this f***ing thing of nails and don’t worry, you can’t get hurt.’ … ‘Okay, I’m not doing this. Go f*** yourselves.’ People always say, ‘F***ing Nash is a WWE guy,’ and it’s like, ‘Yeah,’ I don’t remember anything being that f***ing crazy.”
The bed of nails was a spot pitched by Jon Moxley who had been wanting to use a bed of nails in a match for years.
