We saw several tributes to the late Scott “Razor Ramon” Hall on this week’s episode of RAW.
First, Kevin Owens cut a promo in the opening segment of the show where he referenced several of Hall’s famous lines. Owens began his promo by saying, “Hey Yo!” and then later told Seth Rollins in a backstage segment that, “Tough times don’t last, but tough guys do.” For those unaware, Scott Hall said during his 2014 Hall of Fame speech (see below) that, “Hard work pays off, dreams come true. Bad times don’t last, but bad guys do!”
Damian Priest also paid tribute to Scott Hall during his match with Finn Balor.
Priest came out to the ring doing the Razor Ramon “walk” and then hit the Razor’s Edge on Balor.
Additionally, Balor did the “Two Sweet” hand gesture, which was often used by the nWo and The Kliq.
Later in the show, WWE aired a video package that looked at Scott Hall’s career and legacy.
