Kevin Steen Set To Debut At NXT Takeover II

It appears as though Kenta is not the only new addition to the NXT roster that will be making his highly-anticipated debut at the live special Takeover II. On his Twitter account, Kevin Steen has had this to say:

Tomorrow night…Takeover…@WWENXT @WWE

This was then retweeted by WWE shortly afterwards. This is exciting news for fans of NXT and wrestling in general. Kevin Steen was one of the most celebrated names on the independent circuit prior to him joining the company on August 12th. His anticipated introduction to the audience at this event should be a moment to behold for those that have been behind him for these long years, and continues to make Takeover an event that cannot afford to be missed. After this, fans will hopefully get to see him land a Package Piledriver or two on the rest of the roster in the following weeks as he begins the biggest step in his career thus far.

Steen, from Marieville, Quebec, is best known for his work in Ring of Honor, is a former ROH World Champion and ROH Tag Team Champion with El Generico, who now wrestles in NXT under the name Sami Zayn.
