It may be just a matter of time before WWE introduces their own Trios Championships, following AEW bringing in their titles last month.

At AEW All Out 2022, The Elite became the first AEW Trios Champions but were stripped of the titles hours later due to their role in the post-show backstage fight.

The titles are now held by Death Triangle.

Speaking to Steve Fall of NBC Sports Boston, Kingston said that similar six-man-tag team gold could come to WWE.

“Anything is possible, man. There are a lot of trios going on, Sheamus and The Brawling Brutes, The Bloodline, New Day. We’ll see how E (Big E) does, he’s getting a lot better for those who are concerned.

“He was actually rollerskating the other day and I’m like ‘oh my God is he okay?’. He’s coming along and he’s in great spirits. We’re just kind of taking it one day at a time with him.

“But yeah, I think a Trios title would be interesting. It is obviously something that has never been done before in WWE. Who knows? You got to stay tuned and watch to find out.

Big E. has been out of action since suffering a broken neck during the March 11, 2022 episode of WWE SmackDown on FOX.

The former WWE Champion has been able to avoid surgery and is said to be recovering well.
