Kofi Kingston might just get his WrestleMania 35 title opportunity after all. But he’ll have to go through hell and back to get it. On last night’s (Tues. March 12, 2019) episode of SmackDown Live, Vince McMahon announced he’d be granting Kingston an opportunity to punch his ticket to WrestleMania 35. Next week, Kingston will be put in a Gauntlet match on SmackDown Live from Indianapolis.
Kingston will face Randy Orton, WWE United States Champion Samoa Joe, WWE SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Cesaro, and Erick Rowan. If he emerges victorious, Kingston will be named the No. 1-contender for Daniel Bryan’s WWE Title at WrestleMania 35:
