Dave Meltzer reported on today’s Wrestling Observer Radio that former WCW/AAA star Konnan is in the hospital due to an issue with his kidney. No further details were provided other than saying it was pretty serious.
This morning, Lucha Libre Online stated on Twitter that former WWE and current AAA announcer Hugo Savinovich had stated that Konnan tested positive for COVID-19. The following was posted:
