Kurt Angle Reveals His Plans For 2017, Wants To Redo His WrestleMania Match With Brock Lesnar

Kurt Angle recently did a Q&A on his Facebook account:

On his plans for 2017 outside of the ring: “To release my #Anglestrong App for recovering addicts. I will also be speaking at addiction centers and meeting with politicians to assist in addiction recovery. #Anglestrong – we will win!!!”

On if there any one match Kurt wishes he could go back and wrestle again: “Again? Lesnar at Mania. Except, I’d like to be healthy this time.”

On who he wants to face on the independent scene: “I don’t know. Maybe Ryback, but I think I may be done wrestling at indies after Rhodes/Angle 3 in NEW in March.”

On his TNA Lockdown 2010 match against Ken Anderson: “1 of my top 5 best. So underrated. Psychology was phenomenal. Keep in mind we were pigeon-toed with the rules. No pins or submissions or climbing out of cage. Only way to win was leaving through the door. Phenomenal match!”

On his one of his favorite Owen Hart stories: “In short? Owen called the front desk of the hotel he was staying at. Val Venis was in the lobby. Owen asked to speak to Val. Owen then told Val he was a huge fan and wanted to beat his ass. Val asked Owen (who was disguising his voice) “then come to the lobby and let’s settle this dispute”. Owen said, “I’m here in the lobby. I’m the fat guy that is standing near the elevator”. (There was a heavy set man at the elevator. Owen saw him there before he called lobby). Val went over to the guy and said, “you have a problem with me?” Owen then hurried down to the lobby to stop Val from whipping this poor guy’s ass. Classic Owen.”
