AEW Superstar Lance Archer took to Twitter this morning, announcing that he’ll be unable to compete against CazXL (W. Morrissey in Impact Wrestling) at today’s SWE Fury event in Lubbock, Texas. Archer said,
“So. Unfortunately, I will NOT be appearing in Lubbock, TX today for @SWEFuryTV. I want to thank #SWEFURY for their understanding that after my brutal match on Wed and a big match scheduled for this Wednesday. It was in everyone’s best interest that I take this time to recover.”
Of course, Archer was involved in a Texas Death Match against Jon Moxley at AEW Fyter Fest (Night 2) on Wednesday night, where he defeated Moxley to win the IWGP US Heavyweight title.
