WWE is reportedly planning once again on ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin’s confrontation with Kevin Owens to headline WrestleMania: Saturday on April 2.
It had been previously reported that WWE wanted Owens and Austin to main event the show, the first time that WrestleMania would not end with a match.
In an update, it was reported that WWE had changed their plan, with the SmackDown Women’s Championship between Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey being the new main event.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, it was reported that WWE is now again planning on Austin and Owens being the final segment at WrestleMania: Saturday.
It has been confirmed that WWE Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Universal Champion Roman Reigns will headline WrestleMania: Sunday.
