We reported earlier today here on eWn that LAX finished up with Impact Wrestling at Friday night’s TV tapings in Mexico City. The Slammiversary pay-per-view event was initially believed to be their last match.
Santana tweeted the following on Saturday, confirming that the team is done with the company. He said,
“Last night we wrestled our final match with IMPACT Wrestling.
Our appreciation and gratitude for every single person there who had a hand in helping us get to this point, is absolutely endless.
THANK YOU for the opportunity to show the world our passion and commitment to this business. And most of all, for the opportunity to represent our people and culture on a big stage. We are forever grateful.”

It’s almost a guarantee that you’ll be seeing LAX in WWE or AEW shortly. Their official Impact Wrestling contracts expire on August 31st.
