CNBC reports that Linda McMahon was linked to one of the groups that funded the Pro-Trump that led to to an insurrection attempt in Washington, DC last Wednesday. It was McMahon’s America First Policies organization
McMahon has been a supporter of US President Donald Trump for some time and was previously hired by Trump to be the head of the Small Business Administration.

This includes a single $10 million contribution (by far her largest in FEC records) to America First Action on Oct 16.
Her contributions to Trump-related PACs from 2016 to 2020 totals $23.4 million. Total contributions to all committees since 2016 comes to $27.9 million.
