Kris Statlander has a problem … and her name is Marina Shafir.
The former WWE NXT Superstar and member of Ronda Rousey’s “Four Horsewomen” stable of women’s MMA fighters took to social media on Wednesday to comment on her AEW in-ring debut.
Following her submission loss to Statlander in her debut in-ring performance on AEW Dark, Shafir took to her official Twitter feed to thank AEW and Tony Khan for the opportunity.
“I am not owed a damn thing,” wrote Shafir. “Thank you AEW and Tony Khan for the opportunity.” From there, she went on to send a message to the woman who defeated her in her AEW in-ring debut on Tuesday night — Kris Statlander.
“Kris Statlander, problems are like shadows,” she wrote. “And if you have a shadow, then you have a problem. Till next time.. #TheProblem.”
