Mark Carrano worked for years as Senior Director of Talent Relations, but had no idea who Bobby Fish was.
Carrano worked in charge of WWE’s Talent Relations department, before his release in April 2021.
While speaking on his House of Hardcore podcast, Tommy Dreamer claimed that Carrano rung him to ask who Fish was.
“I didn’t even work at WWE and Mark Carrano called me up about you. It was this whole, ‘Who the f*** is Bobby Fish?’ I was like, ‘Bobby is a great guy, I know him well.’ He’s like, ‘He was booked, and then he wasn’t booked, and now we’re signing him.’ ‘I don’t know anything about this.’
“I’ll never forget a random call from good ol’ WWE and ‘Who the f**** is Bobby Fish?’ Shout out to the stooge Mark Carrano. Top stooge.”
Carrano was released in 2021, due to his role in the Mickie James trash bag incident.
James, who herself was released on April 15, took issue with her personal items being sent in a trash bag.
