MARTY SCURLL AND FLIP GORDON FACE BANDIDO AND FLAMITA AT FINAL BATTLE
A huge tag team match has been signed for the Final Battle pay-per-view, as Villain Enterprises’ Marty Scurll and Flip Gordon take on Bandido of LifeBlood and the returning Flamita on Dec. 13 in Baltimore.
Flamita, who has been compared to the legendary Rey Mysterio due to his spectacular high-flying style, made his ROH debut on the Honor United UK tour last month as a replacement for Bandido, who had suffered a knee injury.
Bandido hand-picked Flamita to take his place. Known as MexaBlood, the two luchadors have had much success as a tag team around the globe.
Flamita impressed ROH fans and officials with his performances on the tour, which included a victory over “Speedball” Mike Bailey in a critically acclaimed match. Also on the tour, Flamita and Tracy Williams — teaming together for the first time — lost to Scurll and Gordon.
Bandido would love nothing more to help Flamita avenge the loss, as the feud between LifeBlood and Villain Enterprises has been raging for months.
Scurll and Gordon have only teamed together on a few occasions, but “The Villain” and “The Mercenary” have proven to be a formidable combination in addition to being outstanding singles competitors.
