Kushida and Kemp primed for thrilling collision on 205 Live
205 Live is set to feature a trio of must-see collisions, as Kushida and Damon Kemp will collide in the main event, Brooks Jensen and Bodhi Hayward are primed for a slugfest, and Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter take on Fallon Henley and Lash Legend.
After he and Ikemen Jiro lost their Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Quarterfinal Match against MSK, NXT’s Time Splitter is looking to bounce back in the singles ranks when he throws down with the upstart Kemp, who impressively went toe-to-toe with Josh Briggs last week on the purple brand before falling just short.
Which competitor will pick up an important bounce-back victory?
And in a clash of two of the youngest Superstars on NXT 2.0 and 205 Live, Jensen and Hayward are set to lock horns while each seeking an eye-opening win. Both of their respective teams suffered a first-round exit in the Dusty Classic, as Chase University were upended by Grizzled Young Veterans while Jensen and Josh Briggs fell to The Creed Brothers. Which competitor will get back on track in singles competition?
Plus, after struggling immensely to get on the same page as Amari Miller last week, Legend will now attempt to pair up with a new tag team partner in Henley. With the Dusty Cup looming, can Legend be a team player, or will her ego get in the way as she and Henley attempt to take down the exciting tandem of Catanzaro and Carter?
