A new episode of 205 Live will air on the WWE Network tonight. The sports entertainment company will air the show after SmackDown Live goes off the air in Dayton, OH at the Nutter Center on the WWE Network at 9CT/10ET.
Tony Nese vs. Drew Gulak and Cedric Alexander vs. Oney Lorcan in a semifinal tournament matches that will determine who will challenge WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy at WrestleMania. WWE sent out the following about these contest:
Tonight on WWE 205 Live, former allies and tag team partners Tony Nese and Drew Gulak will face off in the semifinals of the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Tournament. Nese defeated former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Kalisto in an impressive first round showing, while Gulak defeated his former ally The Brian Kendrick to advance.
Additionally, Cedric Alexander – hoping to return to The Grandest Stage of Them All – will battle NXT Superstar Oney Lorcan. Alexander defeated fellow former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Akira Tozawa, while Lorcan earned a shocking victory against Humberto Carrillo.
