During WrestleMania 32, Cardona stepped in for the injured Neville in a highly anticipated Intercontinental Championship match. The bout featured notable competitors such as Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler, Sin Cara, The Miz, Stardust, and the defending champion Kevin Owens. Against the odds, Cardona emerged victorious in a memorable ‘WrestleMania moment.’
In response to a Twitter user’s list of the best Intercontinental Championship matches, which did not include his own, Cardona posted a succinct tweet that read, “Ummm…”, along with a GIF that shows him retrieving the title belt.
