Matt Hardy Continues To Fight For Possession Of His Broken Gimmick

Matt Hardy is not giving up on the trademark rights to his Broken character. PWinsider.com is reporting that the former Raw Tag Team Champion has submitted new information for the trademark that includes a poster featuring him as Broken Matt for a CWF Mid-Atlantic Wrestling show during his Expedition of Gold tour.

Keep in mind that USPTO refused registration in the past because of failure to identify and distinguish applicant’s services from those of others and to indicate the source of applicant’s service. Also, the WWE star has added an IP lawyer based in Nashville Tennessee for help in registering the trademark.
