Mauro Ranallo recently took to Twitter to reveal he recently had a near-death experience as he choked on some salmon he was eating. Luckily mixed martial arts (MMA) legend Frank Shamrock was nearby and used the Heimlich maneuver to save his life. Here’s what he had to say about the experience on Twitter:
