MJF came out during this week’s episode of Dynamite and cut an insane promo on the promotion and AEW President Tony Khan.
After touching on his loss to Wardlow at Double or Nothing, MJF switched his attention to Tony Khan, calling him “embarrassing.” MJF noted that Khan has wanted to sit down and talk with him for weeks now, but it’s “too little, too late.”
MJF added that all the boys in the back want his spot and found it interesting that all the fans applauding him now were calling him unprofessional this past weekend. He called the fans “uneducated marks” and said he doesn’t pretend to watch NJPW or chase star ratings.
MJF said that Tony Khan doesn’t want the fans to know that he’s the second biggest draw in the company and is refusing to pay him what he’s worth.
He also asked if Khan would pay him more if he were an “ex-WWE guy.” MJF’s huge rant was eventually cut off on the mic, and the show went to commercial.
During the break, CM Punk came out but MJF left through the crowd.
For what it’s worth, the videos of the segment that were initially posted on the AEW Twitter account have been deleted.
