AEW star MJF has tweeted (and deleted) his support for Zachary Green who was released from WWE this year.

Wentz, aka Nash Carter, was cut following accusations of abuse by his wife Kimber Lee, though WWE reportedly did not find these credible.

When Lee posted a photo of her husband impersonating Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, WWE released him and Green has apologized for the image.

On Twitter, MJF (who is Jewish) called out fans trying to ‘cancel’ the former NXT Tag Team Champion with two tweets. The first reads:

“I lived with this man.

He’s not an antisemite.

Stop virtue signaling and let the man do his job.”

Responding to a fan who said that this was MJF breaking character, the Salt of the Earth said:

“I’m not a character. I’m a person with a functional brain that doesn’t try to cancel people for a sexual thrill. Eat d*cks”

MJF has since deleted both tweets.

Zachary Green will make his first wrestling appearance following his WWE release this weekend in Florida.
